Refund policy

We only accept returns or exchanges in the case of manufacturing defects or order errors.

The customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing evidence of the issue. The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

We do not accept returns based on personal preference, or change of mind.
